Q: I am ordering a gift to be delivered directly to the recipient. Will a receipt be inside the package?
A: No. Because many AutographsForSale.com orders are gifts, receipts are sent via e-mail only. The actual package will not include any invoice or receipt.
Q: Do your items come framed?
A: Some items are already framed, as stated in the description and title. 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 inch photos are standard size, so mats and frames may be available at local stores such as Michaels, Target or Walmart. Unframed 16x20 photos have the option to add matting and framing for an additional fee as shown on the listing. FRAMED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Q: Do your items come with display cases?
A: Every autographed baseball, baseball bat, golf ball or hockey puck purchased on AutographsForSale.com comes with a FREE plastic display holder or bat tube. For other sports memorabilia items or premium options please see our Display Cases and Holders section.
Q: Why don't you offer free shipping?
A: Because there is no such thing as "free shipping." There is a significant (and constantly increasing) cost to packaging, postage and insurance that all internet retailers must account for with shipping fees OR include in the product price. We choose not to hide this cost with "free shipping." Instead we price our products fairly with respect to the total delivered amount of your order. You may see our products on our eBay Store and notice we offer "free shipping." This is because 1) eBay rewards "free shipping" with higher visibility, 2) we add S&H to the price and usually a little more and 3) we ship eBay orders with the least expensive shipping method possible, unlike website orders. Just about anything we offer on eBay will be less expensive on AutographsForSale.com, especially if you buy multiple items.
