11 by 14 inch (including 1 inch white borders) color lithograph autographed in blue Sharpie by the late, legendary Baltimore Colts quarterback Johnny Unitas, professionally matted in Colts blue and framed with glass in white wood, ready to hang. Framed size is about 16 1/2 by 19 1/2 inches. Also signed and numbered out of 750 in pencil by the unknown artist in the bottom right corner. From a 1990 sports card show signing, with original signing ticket. Authenticated by JSA with their matching numbered sticker on the back of the frame and certificate of authenticity card.
