This is a rare and unusual item for any cheesehead: a 1978 or 1979 Green Bay Packers magazine size recruiting booklet with 16 pages, autographed in black Sharpie on the cover by the late, legendary Hall of Fame quarterback Bart Starr and inscribed Best Wishes. The booklet highlights the Packers team history and numerous accomplishments, as well as promoting the quality of life in the Green Bay Wisconsin area. The inside back cover includes a note or letter from Starr to prospective Packers players. The booklet has very minor flaws and wear but is in superb condition for its age. Authenticated by JSA with their matching numbered sticker on the cover and certificate of authenticity card.
