 This is the ultimate piece of Wade Boggs memorabilia: an autographed and inscribed "Hit #3000" Tampa Bay Devil Rays jersey, hand-painted by famed UDA artist Jolene Jessie, authenticated at the signing by PSA/DNA. Hand-numbered #1 out of a limited edition of 3!
As you can see, the image Jolene painted so beautifully is Wade's actual home run cut for his 3000th Hit (yes, he hit a homer for his 3000th). Wade signed the "1" in silver paint and added "Hit #3000" to his signature. This was signed at the 2000 National Convention in Anaheim, so PSA/DNA was on hand to authenticate.
The winning bidder will receive: a matching numbered certificate of authenticity from PSA/DNA; another certificate from Jolene Jessie's company Sportraits; and a photo of Wade signing these jerseys.
As you may or may not know, Jessie's hand-painted UDA jerseys limited to 10, 20 or 30 have sold for thousands of dollars, and this is #1 of a limited edition of THREE.
