Q: I am ordering a gift to be delivered directly to the recipient. Will a receipt be inside or attached to the package?
A: No. Because many AutographsForSale.com orders are gifts, the only receipt is sent electronically to the e-mail address provided; the actual shipment will not include any invoice or receipt.
Q: Do your items come framed?
A: Some items are already framed, as stated in the description and title. 8x10, 11x14 and 16x20 inch photos are standard size, so mats and frames should be available at your local stores. FRAMED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Q: Do your items come with display cases?
A: Every autographed baseball, golf ball or hockey puck purchased comes with a free plastic display holder. Please see our Display Cases or Holders section to see dozens of options for all sorts of sports memorabilia.
Q: Why don't you offer free shipping?
A: Because there is no such thing as "free shipping." There is a significant cost to packaging, postage and insurance that all internet retailers must account for with shipping fees OR include in the price of the products. We choose not to hide this cost with "free" shipping. Instead we price our products competitively and fairly with respect to the total delivered amount of your order. We also ship quickly, with 100% of orders covered by insurance, and supported with excellent customer service.
A: We use customer e-mail addresses and phone numbers only to verify orders are legitimate and to ensure they are properly filled and delivered. We do not use or sell customer information for marketing purposes.
Q: I have a question about an autographed item that I obtained, can you help?
A: For almost 20 years I have patiently helped people identify, authenticate, value and sell their autographed items. Unfortunately, due to so many people being inconsiderate and ungrateful, I will no longer help. E-mails and voice mails requesting such help will not be returned. Sorry for any inconvenience.
