 2004 U.S. Olympic GOLD MEDAL WINNING women's soccer red Nike game jersey autographed in black marker by the entire 18 player roster including Shannon Boxx, Brandi Chastain, Joy Fawcett, Julie Foudy, Mia Hamm, Angela Hucles, Kristine Lilly, Kristin Luckenbill, Heather Mitts, Heather O'Reilly, Cindy Parlow, Christie Rampone (Pearce), Cat Reddick, Kate Markgraf (Sobrero), Briana Scurry, Lindsay Tarpley, Aly Wagner and Abby Wambach. Several of the veterans on the team, including Fawcett, Foudy and Hamm, played for the U.S. National Team for the final time in Athens, going out on top in storybook fashion, and they wore red jerseys in 5 of the 6 games including the gold medal match. NOTE: the autographs on the jersey show up much better on the actual item than this digital photo due to weak black-on-red contrast.
This is a numbered limited edition of 10, embroidered at the bottom in gold thread "2004 U.S. Olympic Team" with the number below. ONLY ONE LEFT (#9/10) WHICH OF COURSE IS THE JERSEY NUMBER OF MIA HAMM. Authenticated by the U.S. Women's National Team Players Association (USWNTPA), with their holograms on the jersey and certificate of authenticity.
